Pallet Stretch Wrap Machine

Our machine is a 3-barrel and 5-layer cast film extrusion unit that can manufacture from 350 mm to a 2000 mm wide film and with thickness between 11 to 50 microns. It has an automatic paper core reload and rewinding system. The manufacturing capacity is up to 8 tons per day and a maximum design speed of 250 m per minute depending on the specifications of the pallet wrap requirements. The product manufactured can stretch up to 300%.

3-Barrel ABC Film Blower Extrusion

Our machine is a 3-barrel and 3-layer film blower extrusion unit that can manufacture from 300 mm to a 1200 mm wide film and with thickness between 30 to 100 microns. It has an automatic dual rewinding system. It can manufacture up to 300 kg per hour depending on the specifications of the film requirements. The products manufactured off this unit include shrink wrap and general packaging film.

2-Barrel ABA Film Blower Extrusion

Our machine is a 2-barrel and 3-layer film blower extrusion unit that can manufacture from 300 mm to a 1200 mm wide film and with thickness between 20 to 80 microns. It can manufacture up to 210 kg per hour depending on the specifications of the film requirements. The products manufactured by this unit include general packaging films.

Flexographic Printer 6-Colours

Our machine is a 6-colour rotogravure straight line printer that can print on plastic films between the widths of 300 mm to 800 mm. Its operating speed is 80 m per minute. The machine can run on both sides of the substrate in a colour configurations of 5 colours front side +1 back side, 4+2 and 3+3.

Rotogravure Printer 6-Colours

Our machine is a 6-colour rotogravure straight line printer that can print on plastic films between the widths of 300 mm to 800 mm. Its operating speed is 80 m per minute. The machine can run on both sides of the substrate in a colour configurations of 5 colours front side +1 back side, 4+2 and 3+3.

Plastic Film Bagging Machines

We have two types of bagging machines: (1) bottom seal and (2) VTC/carrier bag machines.The bottom seal unit produces liner bags (e.g. medical waste and refuse bin liners) and runs bag sizes from 400–950 mm in width and 460–1600 mm in length, at speeds of 60–200 bags per minute depending on specifications.The VTC/carrier unit produces plastic shopping bags (e.g. grocery bags) and smaller liner bags (e.g. butcher bags). It handles sizes from 300–500 mm in width and 360–800 mm in length, operating at 100–320 bags per minute, with the added capability of producing two bags simultaneously.

Paper Bag Making Machine

Our machine is a fully automatic shopping paper bag machine with an inline twisted handle attachment. In other words, our machine can make paper bags with and without twisted paper rope handles. The unit can make bags within the range width 220 mm to 450 mm (without handle) and 250 mm to 450 mm (with handle), length 360 mm to 800 mm (without handle) and 360 mm to 700 mm (with handle), and gusset 100 mm to 250 mm. The unit runs at a speed of between 30 to 100 bags per minute depending on the specifications of the product. What is unique about our machine is that we run it with 100% locally sourced recycled paper. The bags made are suitable for use in the retail and restaurant industries.
